ESA highlights online games as key future technology

Video gaming has become one of the globes most popular pastimes. Fans say games are often educational, their detractors answer they are anything but. Might ESA have something to learn from gaming? A new Agency study says the answer is yes.

  1. Id like to see a similar game, but starting from the cold war, and ending in the colonization of the solar system in far future.

    You'd start by not knowing anything about the solar system and planets, and would have to build and engineer missions to get to space, design shuttles, build data networks etc, like a real strategy game.
    One thing is right, games are very powerful teaching tools.
    ive learned most of my english from games 🙂

  2. Too many immature people using NASA game. An opportunity lost to idiots. NASA wont even upgrade it for more missions. They are probably asking themselves "why did we spend more millions of taxpayer money on this shit? Oh yeah, so I can get a cut of it."
