Cowering behind their shields? The Huns were dishonorable weaklings.
Whata waste of cavalry, I wonder how seasoned and experience generals can expose their troops this way, was a part of a 4d chess movement or just plain incompetence? I hate to not have a clear answer on this topics and that probably I'll never have.
As a veteran rome total war player i know that it is an huge pain in the ass fighting horse archers.
Only countee is to have a nice amount of archers of our own and wait for the arrows to be depleted.
Spear shield wall > Sword shield wall (when it comes to cavalry charges.)
Damn those Hunnick bastards
🇹🇷
this is the kind of stuff i use in total war , i can just outflank the enemy and use hammer and anvil (cringe) but i preffer this cause its much more interesting and the battles tend to last a little longer
It's incredible how these horse archers could shot more than a couple of hours.
How is this proven?
So basially shooting arrows like bitches because 1 vs 1 they would have been toast 😂
