Why is there suddenly red smoke coming out of the rocket engine? It wasn’t there right after liftoff.

I laughed some… Right at the start of 0:16 some man int he background says loudly in disturbed voice "подождите, подождите! Стойте, стойте!! Стойте-стойте-стойте!" Which directly translates to "Wait, waiit! Stop! Stopstopstop!!!"
I guess he wasn't trying to stop the launch, maybe photographers or someone who was too impatient and started to leave…
No idea. But the thought of someone trying to stop the launch from kilometers away shouting in a muffled voice just made my day somehow.
