Vega-C: power and versatility
Europe’s new launch vehicle, Vega-C, is near completion. Elements will soon be shipped to Kourou for assembly and preparation for Vega-C’s inaugural flight.
This new launcher improves its Vega predecessor by offering more power and versatility at similar cost. This new design allows Vega-C to transport larger and heavier payloads into space making it a world-class competitor on the global launcher market while ensuring Europe’s independent access to space.

copprution and evil ways will kill is all before that happens. everything the government's do hurts the people. it's time to hurt them..
Go Avio! Go Esa! 🇮🇹🇪🇺🇮🇹
Crazy to see ESA still advertising their stone age rockets made obsolete by private companies such as SpaceX. Good luck finding customers when the competition offers a better service for a tenth of the price.
🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩nice.
Great video, thanks ESA for sharing!
Cool
European space agency all the best the vega rocket
Love the collaborative approach ESA stands for. Sure hope that ESA will be able to face the upcoming challenges especially concerning the launcher market. I'd love to see an ESA on a level with NASA, but I fear there is still a big amount of political goodwill and public support (or even just interest) missing for such change.
Probably wouldn't be so pessimistic if my country (Switzerland) hadn't just thrown away 7 years of negotiations concerning the institutional framework agreement with the EU. Now we might not even get into Horizon Europe. I sure hope we can minimize damage. I'll start my studies this year and I seriously consider just leaving for the EU after my PhD even though I know political shenanigans are happening anywhere and our system is actually quite the good one considering … I'll stop rambling and just wish ESA the best. At least one organisation where my pan-european dream involving Switzerland may stay alive, at least for the time being. I sure hope times will change again in the future…
