  1. @coisinhodasilva SpaceX is the company that's going to bring people back to the moon first. They've got the rocket (Falcon Heavy) and the capsule (Dragon) mostly completed and once those are done they could be adapted for a lunar landing mission, and without much adaption they could send a crew around the moon like Apollo 8. NASA isn't even close in their development of the MPCV/SLS and given their long history of going obscenely overbudget on everything, I bet they'll be forced to cut it.

  2. So will the Kennedy Space Center be abondoned? Nasa will be more of an overseer to about 9? private space launching businesses? So in the future lots of lunches will be going off, but from private companies. So NASA was the 'inventor' and now others will be using those inventions to do their own missons.
