Not sure I’d purposely breathe anything with sulphur and fluorine.
SF6 has 23,500 times the greenhouse gas effect of CO2. I once did the calculation of the effect of that demonstration alone and while I don't remember the figures, you can be confident that that demo had the same effect as burning over a ton of coal.
There are some excellent science demonstration channels here on youtube like The Action Lab. Sickscience isn't among them.

Congrats – SF6 is a greenhouse gas and.23,500 times worse than CO2 over a 100-year period. You shouldn’t be using it just for fun.
