Is this safe to consume? I could probably use it in a dish
Imo it works better with potassium iodide as the catalyst but this is definitely the more household friendly version.
(Although I believe you used 30% hydrogen peroxide anyhow which you wouldn’t find in your typical house )
Yeast and hydrogen peroxide is cool.
Me, I prefer 30 % hydrogen peroxide with saturated potassium iodine. It doesn't just produce tons of oxygen Instantly, it also boils the water
