  2. The French reached Buddha with a total of 10,000 men, 1,500 archers, 6,500 infantry, others knights. German princes (Bavaria, Saxony, Hesse, Luxemburg, etc.) joined them with 6,000 people. The British arrived with 1,000 men under the command of John Holland, Earl of Huntington. Knights of Poland, Bohemia, Italy, Spain and many adventurers were in Buda with 13,000 people. Mirčea had a force of 10,000 men. Rhodes knights and Italian ships had entered the mouth of the Danube via the Black Sea. The Hungarians constituted the main weight of the army with a force of 60,000 men. Thus, the allied Crusader force had reached around 100,000. What sources are you basing the numbers on? The size of the Ottoman army was around 80,000.
