This guy who died sounds like he was a brilliant man. R.I.P.
same as the cork in a bottle =D
but in different items, nice and creative .
sorry for my broken english,i am a foreigner
@AvALonAdrianeStorm I don't know if he died but he meant the guy that they're referring to during the vid.
i wish steve was my dad
If you put fire in the bottle and than quickly attach an empty baloon to the opening, the baloon will inflate inside-out! SUPER COOL! 😀
the air does not leave. the outside air does not "push it in." heated air expands, then as it cools the molecules slow down, causing contraction. the result being the balloon being sucked in.
great demonstration but get the concepts right!
@millee2 Might I add to that that it's not only the cooling air but also when the balloon is put over the bottle the fire keeps for a while and consumes all the oxigen in the bottle (about 21% of the volume as evryone knows) which helps to create a depression inside the bottle which causes the balloon to go in due to a higher pressure outside the bottle.
So it's being sucked in and pushed in at the same time.
my science teacher did this with a hard boiled egg
such a satisfying sound when the balloon goes in!
its like a vacuum
catch the jellyfish that flied out the top
Wait did the other guy die? The hilarious old one?
