  1. Scipio and Rome used "The Fabian Strategy" to defeat Hannibal. They used Guerrilla Warfare to fight Carthaginians outside of Rome. As Hannibal's Supply Line along with equipment ran low and moral weakened after crossing The Alps to attack a fortress such as Rome. Scipio planned to attack by the sea with their Navy Fleet carrying Infantry. Hannibal made two mistakes, he listened to his father lol… And he did not understand The Roman Mindset of "No Surrender,"
