  1. My husband literally bought one of those machines today. I am NOT sharing this video with him lol! 🤣 (I have not recovered from when he and my son kept making "experimental breakfast".)

  2. We love you Phil! Agitation and low temperature are two things which help increase the absorption of co2 by the liquid. I understand old fashioned sodas would use a yeast reaction to carbonate – if yeast soda gets flat you can just seal the bottle and leave it warm to recarbonate.

Making yeast soda has a lot of max-it-out potential. A tablespoon of yeast, a cup of sugar, and a pot of hot coffee all sealed in a 2L bottle for about an hour will produce an incredible reaction and a fountain upon opening the bottle. (Edit in case anyone tries this – please be careful as this creates a high pressure system and could explode if left alone and forgotten. Maybe not the best max it out idea on second thought 😂)
